We know your pets are eager to receive their goodies! Here’s how shipping works when you order from us:

🚚 Standard Delivery (Mainland UK Only)

• FREE for orders over £25

• £1.99 for orders under £25

• Delivery time: 2–4 working days

⚖️ Heavier Orders (Over 2kg)

• Orders over 2kg will incur a flat fee of £5.99, regardless of order value

⚡ Next Day Delivery

• Available for a flat fee of £5.99

• Order by 1pm (Mon–Fri) for next-day dispatch

• Orders can be dropped off at Weekends but are reliant on Shipping Companies weekend collection service.

📍 Excluded Locations

We currently do not offer free shipping to the following:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands

• Northern Ireland

• Channel Islands

• Isle of Man

• Isles of Scilly

• Any other non-mainland UK locations

• Available for a flat fee of £5.99 for under 2kg
