**Big News About Our Shipping (And a Little Apology, Too!)**

Hey friends,  

We need to have *the* conversation.  
You know, the awkward one where we shuffle our feet, look at the floor, and mutter, "So... about shipping..."

When we first started our little pet treat shop, we dreamed of making it as simple as possible: natural treats, affordable prices, *and* free shipping on every single order — whether you were stocking up for the month or just grabbing a quick bag of Moon Bones for your good boy (or girl).

But, sadly, the world had other plans.  
Costs have been creeping up like a sneaky cat at 3AM, and try as we might, we can't wrestle them back down.

**So here's the change:**  
Starting 26th April, free shipping will now apply to orders over £25.00.

Anything under that will have a small shipping fee — but don’t worry, it’s not outrageous (we’re talking more “tiny hamster in a teacup” than “great dane on a trampoline” in scale) just £1.99.

We didn’t make this decision lightly — in fact, we spent hours trying to avoid it. We even considered elaborate plans like inventing teleportation, hiring a team of carrier pigeons, or personally delivering treats on roller skates. Sadly, none of these ideas made it past the "reality check" stage.

**We’re so grateful for your support** as we grow and adapt.  
And we pinky promise:  
- Our treats will stay natural, simple, and seriously drool-worthy.  
- We'll keep prices as friendly as possible.  
- And we'll always be upfront and honest with you — even when it's a little uncomfortable (like today).
